Ozone Parade Residence

This modernist, two level residence rises up a sloping site to take in coastline views, offering comfortable family living. The project uses a textured material pallet of off-form concrete, timber panelling and stone tiled floors. A central courtyard links the living areas and protects the pool and alfresco area from the coastal elements.

A key element of the clients’ brief, to capture ocean views visible from every communal space, was achieved with extensive use of glazing along the western façade, protected from solar heat gain by generous overhangs
